Decision Log.

If it’s not in the log, it isn’t a decision. The single source of truth for brand approvals.

The Decision Log is the single source of truth for every brand-related approval, exception, and change. TISSA’s operating principle: if it is not in the log, it is not a decision. Verbal agreements, Slack messages, and email threads do not count.

Each entry includes required fields: ID, date, asset or project reference, decision summary, owner, rationale, impacted assets, effective date, expiry or kill date, status, and supporting links. This structure ensures every decision is traceable, reversible, and auditable.

The Decision Log is maintained by the Owner’s Rep as part of the Tier 3 governance retainer, but can also be established during a Brand Master Book engagement. It is reviewed and ratified at every monthly Brand Council session.
