New Horizons — Las Vegas, Nevada
Scaling Operations
Scaling a healthcare brand without losing identity.

El Desafio
New Horizons was growing fast — new locations, new hires, new vendors — and the brand was fragmenting with every expansion. The founder, experienced in both hospitality and healthcare, understood that operational scale without brand discipline leads to drift: inconsistent signage across facilities, uniforms that varied by location, advertising that changed tone depending on who produced it. There was no single source of truth for how the brand should look, sound, or behave. TISSA was brought in to build a brand operating system that could travel across geographies and teams — one set of rules, one visual language, one governance framework — so that every new location opened on-standard from day one.
