The Brand Master Book is the core deliverable of a TISSA engagement. It is a build-ready manual that codifies everything a team needs to execute on-brand: strategy and foundations, verbal system (voice, messaging, lexicon), visual system (identity, tokens, components), applications, governance design, and enablement.
Unlike a traditional style guide that shows what the brand looks like, the BMB documents how the brand operates. It defines decision rights, approval flows, spec-match criteria, and training requirements. Every artifact — from a social post to a pitch deck — traces back to the BMB.
The BMB is delivered as a master PDF with accompanying asset files, token definitions, quick-reference sheets, and recorded training sessions. It passes through two formal gates: Gate A (strategy sign-off) and Gate B (pre-flight acceptance) before it becomes the governing document.
