Bon Bon Chicken — Bronx, New York
Brand Character Development
A character-driven identity for a fast-casual concept.

El Desafio
Bon Bon Chicken was launching into one of the most competitive fast-casual markets in New York City — the Bronx corridor — with zero brand equity and no visual identity. The founders had a strong product and a clear vision for the experience, but nothing codified: no character, no packaging system, no signage language, and no rules for how the brand should appear across physical and digital channels. Without a governing system, every vendor decision — from bucket design to social templates — would become a one-off negotiation. TISSA was brought in to build the entire brand from the ground up, starting with the manual that would make every subsequent decision faster and on-standard.
Lo Que Entregamos
Brand character and mascot system
A complete brand character and mascot system — personality brief, usage rules, pose library, and clear-space specs — designed to anchor the brand across every format from packaging to social.
Packaging design (buckets, boxes, combos)
Full packaging design covering buckets, boxes, combo trays, and carry bags — each mapped to the Brand Master Book token system for color, type, and logo placement.
Storefront signage and environmental graphics
Storefront signage and environmental graphics — window wraps, menu boards, and exterior signage — all built on a modular grid that scales across locations.
Social media templates and content pillars
Social media templates and content pillars — Instagram, TikTok, and story formats with locked-in brand zones, font stacks, and color ratios ready for the team to execute without design oversight.

El Resultado
Bon Bon Chicken launched with a fully codified identity system. Every touchpoint — from the first bucket to the Instagram grid — shipped on-standard from day one, eliminating the rework cycle that typically plagues new F&B concepts.
